A Maricopa County grand jury on Monday indicted Glenn Morrison on three counts of robbery and two counts of theft in connection with the recent robberies of two Scottsdale banks.
Morrison, 46, is accused of robbing more than $2,000 from a Wells Fargo Bank at 10450 N. 90th St. on Oct. 22, and more than $1,000 from a second branch inside the Albertson's grocery store at 6965 N. Hayden Road on Nov. 6.
He also is suspected of robbing at least seven other banks across the Valley, police have said. Scottsdale police arrested Morrison on Nov. 11 with help from the FBI.
Deputy County Attorney Terri Clarke will be prosecuting the case, and more charges are possible as the investigation continues, according to a statement from the county attorney's office.
