Airpark focus groups have open seats

Seats remain open on two city focus groups that will help create a long-term plan for the Scottsdale Airpark area, city officials said in a statement. Seating will be given on a first-registered, first-served basis, officials said.

The plan will be used in developing the area over the next several decades, officials said.

• One group’s theme is economic vitality. It will meet 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Arabian Library, 10215 E. McDowell Mountain Ranch Road.

• The second group will deal with design and sustainability. It will meet 6 p.m. Sept. 25 at the Scottsdale Water Campus, 8787 E. Hualapai Drive.
