Forums will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at each of the following dates and locations:
• Sept. 17, Scottsdale Police District 2, 9065 E. Via Linda.
• Sept. 29, Scottsdale Water Campus, 8787 E. Hualapai Drive.
