HARRAH’S AK-CHIN CASINO

Sam Zien, the face of Discovery Health Channel’s “Sam, the Cooking Guy,” uses common ingredients to prepare recipes from his own kitchen — no fancy tools, terms or techniques necessary. The cooking crusader for ordinary home cooks will host a cooking demonstration, food tasting and prize giveaway Sunday at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino.
