Parents who have no dental insurance and have children ages 2 to 9 are invited to schedule a free exam, cleaning and treatment for their kids.

Sweet Tooth Pediatric Dentistry will offer the free services Sept. 8 at its Gilbert office, 5656 S. Power Road.

Dr. Timothy Bashara, a pediatric dental specialist, said he is giving back to the community at his practice because childhood cavities remain the top preventable disease. Children 2 to 9 years old have been found to be most vulnerable to tooth decay, he said.

To schedule an appointment, call (480) 988-1879.
