NES Rentals signs 5-year lease in Gilbert

NES Rentals of Deerfield, Ill., has signed a five-year lease on 10,870 square feet of office and warehouse space south of Baseline Road between McQueen and Cooper roads in Gilbert. Colliers International negotiated the lease.

NES Rentals is one of the largest companies in the $36 billion equipment rental industry.

The new property gives NES a strategic location to increase its presence in the south East Valley, said Mike Parker of Colliers. NES had been looking at the local market for about nine months, he said.

The building was formerly occupied by the Arizona National Guard, which vacated the premises at the end of February.
