Eddie’s House, the new restaurant from acclaimed Valley chef Eddie Matney, is scheduled to open May 21 in downtown Scottsdale.
The menu has not been unveiled, but the former owner of Eddie’s Grill and Eddie Matney’s promises a mix of his signature Mediterranean-inspired dishes, as well as some new ones.
The 88-seat restaurant on the northwest corner of Indian School Road and Marshall Way will include a chef’s counter to watch the action in the exhibition kitchen. Movies will be screened on the patio.
