SLIDESHOW: Police investigate body found in lake

Apache Junction Police interim chief Thomas Kelly said there were no obvious signs of trauma to the body, and investigators are awaiting autopsy results.

Kelly said the man has been identified as a town resident who was about 40 years old, but he withheld the name because relatives had yet to be notified.

Kelly said the golf course worker found the body about 6:45 a.m. on the course at 3401 S. Ironwood Drive.
