The family of a 13-year-old Mesa boy, missing since early Friday, is asking anyone with information to contact police.

Family members last saw Martin Ismael Nunez Friday morning when he left for school from his home, in the 1400 block of South Lazona Drive. He never arrived at school, Mesa police said.

Nunez is Hispanic, about 183 pounds, 5 feet 8 inches tall, with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket that is reversible, with camouflage coloring on the other side. He has piercings on both ears and a diamond stud in his left ear. He was last seen carrying a black backpack.

Nunez has no diagnosed medical problems but has been experiencing dizzy spells recently, police said.

Those with information can contact Mesa police at (480) 644-2211.
