The daughter of Gilbert’s police chief pleaded guilty Friday afternoon to drunken driving and aggravated assault.

Chief's daughter booked for DUI
Brandi Dorn, 25, of Queen Creek admitted to driving drunk on Jan. 31 on Gilbert Road near U.S. 60 where she lost control of her car and hit two people, causing them to go to the hospital with injuries.
Dorn told police she had one beer and two shots of whiskey earlier in the day, a police report states.
Judge Silvia Arellano set Dorn’s sentencing for Dec. 7 in Maricopa County Superior Court in Mesa. County attorney spokesman Mike Anthony Scerbo said she could face up to 7 1/2 years in prison.
