Green talked tough when he came to town, pointing to his track record as the reason he’d be able to succeed when so many Cardinals’ coaches before him failed. Turns out, Green’s ego was the only thing as big as his mouth. He brought in cronies as assistant coaches, failed to hold his players accountable for their actions and made incomprehensible coaching decisions. (See Shaun King).
