PT: People are developing a fascination with the beard. You’ve always had one, but how long has it taken to accumulate this?

JH: I haven’t cut it since I’ve been growing it. I just let it go. Right now, I don’t feel like cutting it. It’s something I wanted to do. You get bored and want to try something different.

PT: Are you going Baron Davis-sized?

JH: Yeah, something like that. It might stop before then, but it’s a possibility.

PT: What do the ladies think of it?

JH: Some call me Abraham Lincoln. Some like it. Depends on who the lady is.

PT: And your mother?

JH: She hasn’t said anything about it. I don’t think she cares. Usually she’d tell me to cut it, but hasn’t said anything.
