LLC - Limited Liability Company. A type of investment group allowed under Arizona law.
LP – Limited Partnership. A traditional investment group between individuals, companies or other partners.
LLC manager - Individual with management responsibilities over an LLC who may also have some ownership.
LLC member - Someone with ownership.
