“After reading the article about the serial killer/rapist in Mesa (Tribune, Tuesday), I’m amazed at the attitude of the two young ladies who were interviewed. One was too busy doing nails to call 911 and the other didn’t care enough. How would they feel if they were the victims and no one cared?”
