Top 5 Irish Cocktails

Nutty Irishman (shooter)
1/2 shot Irish cream liqueur
1/2 shot Frangelico
Pour equal amounts of the two liqueurs into a shot glass.

Everybody's Irish
2 oz Irish whiskey
1 oz crème de menthe, green
1 oz Chartreuse, green
Cocktail olive for garnish
Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the olive.

Dublin Handshake
1/2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey
3/4 oz. Sloe Gin
Shake and serve.

Irish Dream
1/2 oz. Carolans Irish Cream
1/2 oz. Hazelnut Liqueur
1/2 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
Blend and serve.

Irish Coffee
2 tsp. Brown sugar
1/3 full with Irish whiskey
2/3 very hot, very strong freshly brewed coffee
2 tsp. whipping cream (optional)
Stir and serve.
