A Mesa man suspected in a Wednesday morning slaying has turned himself in, police said. Cleveland Yarrow Cook walked into the Mesa Police Department around 4:30 a.m. today and turned himself in, said Mesa detective Tim Gaffney.
Mesa police investigating reports of a man acting bizarrely have found the body of a homicide victim and are looking for a man they call an “investigative lead” in the case.
