    An Ahwatukee Foothills man scored the original 19-foot-long black, bubble-topped car used in the 1960s “Batman” TV show for $4.2 million Saturday night at the Barrett-Jackson car auction at WestWorld in Scottsdale.

    Bengal is a green-eyed, brown tabby who looks a lot like a little Bengal, hence the name. She’s playful and affectionate. She’s a lap kitty, and would be fine solo or with another laid back cat. She is fixed, tested and has all her shots.

    Scout is a 9-month-old Golden mix who came to Friends for Life when his mom could no longer care for him. He is a happy and very energetic young man. He still has lots of puppy energy and is looking for a family who will help him learn the ropes to becoming a good canine citizen and companion. Scout is very eager to please and would most likely excel in obedience classes. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all his vaccinations.

    Rocco may be a small man, but he’s the “Leader of the Pack” at Potato Chips Pomeranian Rescue in Ahwatukee because he’s a Chihuahua. He’s manly, social and has a fine spirit about him. This 8-year-old has a soft, wavy coat, with a distinguished touch of gray. He’s 6 pounds of muscle. Rocco is neutered, current on vaccinations, and has a microchip.

    2014 and above: Colleges are now using social networking sites, such as “Facebook,” to try and recruit students by posting pages about their university. However, many of these same colleges may be looking at YOUR social networking page to get a better idea about YOU as a candidate for their school.  Just remember to keep this in mind when posting things (comments, pictures, etc...) to your Facebook pages.  Just like you may be doing research on the college on these sites.... the college can be doing the same to you! If you have a Facebook account and are worried about what others may see, you can set the privacy settings on your profile so only your friends can view most details.
