Six Highland High School students and retired Highland High history teacher Glen Frakes will unveil their handcrafted rebuild Monday of the 10-foot by 5-foot diorama of the Civil War Battle of Palmito Ranch. The diorama will have traveled 1,000 miles during the 14-hour transport from Gilbert. It had been on display throughout October at the Gilbert Historical Museum.
