Chloe, a 4-year-old Himalayan, was meant to be a star. That gorgeous flowing mane. Stunning blue eyes. She is the picture of feline sophistication. But spend some time with her, and you’ll discover the silly cat underneath the glamour.
Chloe loves to play – especially when it involves sparkle balls. The folks at AZ RESCUE say she makes very cute chirping or trilling sounds when she is chasing and batting the twinkly toys. And once she catches them, she likes to carry them around the room. Chloe also enjoys it when her people pet her. After dinner and some petting, she’s content to settle in for a nap on the highest perch of her kitty condo.
But keep in mind: Chloe is somewhat of a diva too. She is not a real fan of other felines and will want to be your only companion. She figures she’s such a complete catch, why would you need another cat?
For more information on Chloe, or other deserving animals, call Reducing Animal Euthanasia at Shelters through Commitment and Underlying Education at (480) 598-9410 or visit www.azrescue.org online. The cost of adoption is $125 for cats and $150 for dogs, which includes spaying and neutering and some inoculations.
