“Relative worth: Female domestic engineers, $138,640. Moms? Priceless.”

“The Time magazine influential list is a shame. I was shocked there was so many people I hadn’t heard of or considered so incidental. I would mistrust anything Time puts out in the future.”

“When are these politicians going to stop trying to be everybody’s big brother? You can’t save everybody from hurting themselves. People are going to do it whether you pass more laws or don’t pass more laws. You’re better off giving us freedom to do what we want to do.”

“Do bicycles riders on main roads have a death wish, or can they just not read or understand pictures? They paint the white arrow in the center of the lane to ride in the center of the lane. It’s called the bike lane, l-a-n-e, not line, l-i-n-e.”

“Deregulation and globalization are the downfall of America as corporations are now running and ruining this country through the aid of their well-paid, well-financed lobbyists.”

“If Maricopa County, Mesa and the surrounding cities enforced their own codes about junk cars, multiple families living in RVs on property and trash, as fervently as an HOA, this would eliminate much of the blight in the Valley.”

“I think it’s comical to watch all of these officials in public meetings taking swigs out of their bottled water. Who’s paying for that bottled water and where did it come from anyway, San Diego? I think you should drink this delicious canal water. It might cure what ails all of you politicians.”

“My dog got out my yard and bit a lady’s dog. They say it was unprovoked. But for months, she walked her dog on private property. My wife asked, and I asked, to please not walk there. She stuck her nose in the air with disregard.”

“Just as (Al) Sharpton called for the firing of Don Imus, I call for the firing of Sharpton for his anti-religious remarks about Mitt Romney. The only problem is that I don’t know what (Sharpton) does or for whom he works.”

“Is anyone else out there tired of the code compliance harassment. … We get harassed for three or four months for nothing but trivial stuff ... I’m not paying property tax anymore because obviously it’s not my property.”

“I just want to say mothers-in-law have gotten bad raps over the years. But I tell you what, daughters-in-law are unbelievably nasty. There are no words to describe them and they won’t take any responsibility for their actions. They think they are so smart and know it all.”

“A venter living on Social Security and some savings complained she had cut her driving way back because of gas prices going up. As the largest consumers of oil in the world, isn’t that exactly what we need to do, cut back oil consumption by driving less?”

“If someone can afford an SUV, and they can afford four children, why are other people jealous of that? This is America. You are supposed to be able to do what you want to do here.”

“You people with the big vehicles, just keep paying the high prices on gas and the oil barons will keep laughing all the way to the bank. There are no shortages, but they are pushing the prices up for no reason.”
