“Is the SRP monopoly spending thousands of advertising dollars (consumer electrical power payments) to promote SRP or to promote Mayor Scott Smith’s run for governor?”

“I think it’s an incredible coincidence that every time I read the Letters to the Editor it always seems to be someone writing in to complain about the ‘radical’ (Gilbert) council members and school board members. Just a coincidence? I personally am glad this conservative community is pushing back against this out of control federal government. If you have a problem with it move to a more progressive community. We moved here because we believe in freedom.”

“The character of an administration typically reflects the character of it leader. So far Obama is stacking up as more Nixon than Carter.”

“The IRS targeting conservatives, that’s almost as discusting as conservatives targeting minorities and the elderly with voter fraud laws. I guess the old saying what goes around comes around. I’ll bet no conservatives had to stand in line hours for an audit.”

“Yes, some heads should definitely roll at the IRS and the Justice Department, no question. However, to call your non-profit organization non-political and use the terms ‘Tea Party’ in the name of it is just begging for scrutiny. Many groups are abusing the non-profit tax rules.”

“The headline reads 18 shows cancelled in 48 hours. It’s hard to believe these shows were so bad that nobody was watching them. Everyone was probably watching the Jodi Arias trial instead.”

“I think John McCain has beat Lou Gehrig’s consecutive game record with his Sunday talk show appearances. I don’t know why he doesn’t have his own show called Benghazi up close and personal, he certainly has the time for it.”
