1st Venter: I would much rather hear and read about Gabby Giffords than Paris Hilton, Michael Jackson or Lindsay Lohan. The woman has been through quite a bit a appears to be a fighter. We would all do well to learn from her perseverance.
2nd Venter: I consider the Brady endorsement a reverse barometer if you will. If Brady says we're bad then we are great and gumming up the gears of the Liberal anti-gun crowd.
3rd Venter: It would have been better if I were the one pulling the trigger. Sigh....
4th Venter: One could fill volumes with info the government keeps from us.

"the overexposure of Gabby Giffords?" Read Slabside's comment. We disagree on what measures ought to flow from the Tucson incident, but we agree that Giffords is an outstanding person, one we all need to use as a role model.
Second Venter:
You ask, "How do they explain the fact that Arizona has a better actual safety record than all of the states with higher scores." You need to write a piece for this paper and document this fact.
Third Venter:
Perhaps it would have done your heart good. I know not what lies within your heart. But for many other hearts, only bad would flow therefrom. The real question you need to be asking is "What does this attitude of yours doing for you soul?"
Fourth Venter:
Let's not confuse "birthers" with "deathers." The rhetoric has changed, and some of the more outspoken have made this transition. But surely not all! Unless of course you are referring to "birther and deather" politicians!

The man who shot Osama bin Laden. That will remain a mystery.
Bin Laden who was responsible for spawning a terrorist network, Al Qaeda – responsible for the terrible tragedy of 9/11 – has been dispatched, and for this we are grateful.
