“If the sheriff in Pinal County, Chris Vasquez, does not have the intelligence to write his own monthly newsletter and he doesn’t think it’s wrong to plagiarize other people’s work, then what else is he doing that he doesn’t think is wrong?”

“If the sheriff in Pinal County, Chris Vasquez, does not have the intelligence to write his own monthly newsletter and he doesn’t think it’s wrong to plagiarize other people’s work, then what else is he doing that he doesn’t think is wrong?”

“Hey, I can cut and paste faster than Vasquez. Does that mean I qualify to be Pinal County sheriff?”

“The mayor of Guadalupe was pulled over for no headlight. When the officer checked, she had no proof of insurance in the car. Who does she think she is that she should be given a warning and let go? They wouldn’t let me go with a warning!”

“Shame, shame on you, Rebecca Jimenez. State law is state law, and the deputy pulled you over for a legitimate reason. Pay your fine and shut up.”

“(Mesa police Chief) Gascón catches a serial murder and (Sheriff Joe) Arpaio catches the mayor of Guadalupe with a broken headlight. Who is keeping us safe?”

“Chief Gascón is a lawman. Sheriff Joe Arpaio is a showman.”

“Our governor has just withdrawn $1.6 million in funding from the Maricopa County sheriff earmarked for enforcement of illegal alien laws, funding which was authorized and voted for by the Arizona Legislature. By her signing of an executive order, probably illegal, she has proved once again that she has no real regard for public safety or the rule of law.”

“Arpaio would rather pursue farmers and maids — and media attention — than hunt down dangerous felons. Napolitano is a great governor, and she’d make a great sheriff.”

“Why now does our governor now find it critical to serve warrants using the sheriff’s budget when the (U.S.) Marshal’s Office and local jurisdictions have already been paid as part of their standing obligations to the taxpayers to serve them when they were written? I forgot, it’s more lucrative to issue leftturn tickets.”

“For once, I agree with the actions of Gov. Napolitano. I hope the cutting off of some of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s funding will serve to curtail the activities of this megalomanic and wannabe despot.”

“Does DPS chief Roger Vander-‘fool’ expect the taxpayers to believe that he had any clue about illegal immigration solutions before Janet told him he did? We’re not that stupid, Roger.”

“We were just listening to the news story about the arrest of a person in the serial rapist case. The wording presented it as a given, that the person had been prosecuted and found guilty. What ever happened to the word ‘alleged’ when someone is arrested but has not gone to trial?”

“For all of the money oil companies have made, the least they could do is subsidize their gas stations for decent squeegees.”

“Hillary, honey, you’re in denial and it ain’t the river. Hop off that boat, baby. It’s sinkin’.”

“If this doesn’t make sense to the people listening to the Vent line, that’s OK. I couldn’t hardly understand myself, either.”
