“The United States became the world’s largest natural gas producer in 2010 — and this year, reports have confirmed that the U.S. is now the world’s largest producer of crude oil with output exceeding 11 million barrels per day. Despite the Obama administration’s continued ban on new drilling for oil in our coastal waterways, America can now reduce its dependence on foreign oil from Saudi Arabia or any other Middle Eastern country.”
