“Those who yearn for a government takeover of health in America claim 'the system’ needs fixing. But there is no health system in America, any more than there is a pizza system or a tavern system. To the extent government has arrogated medical care and skyrocketed costs and mismanagement, it appears to many we have one, just ripe, incidentally, for federal picking.”

“I mailed my $300 electric bill for the month to SRP this morning. Now I just read in the Tribune where SRP wants $80 million in stimulus money and still sock us with an 8.8 percent rate hike. What does SRP spend all the money on that they take in from us? I think they are a very poorly managed company.”
