“I moved to the Valley 19 years ago. I was warned not to live in Mesa because people there did not have an open mind. The Vent of August 17 asking for an ASU season ticket refund because of an openly gay football player really proves that nothing ever changes in Mesa.”

“Certain groups in Ferguson, Missouri, are demanding that the cop that shot the young black teenager be arrested and thrown in prison regardless if he’s guilty. Have you ever noticed that the people that demand tolerance and justice for themselves are the last to give it to others?”

“We must ask ourselves as a nation: what is our country coming to when many consider Hamas, a known terrorist group that hides behind civilians while launching rockets at civilians, and a thug who robs a store and assaults a police officer and tries to take his gun to use it on him as the good guys?”

“There are two constitutions in this country. A white man points a gun at law enforcement in Nevada, holding up the Second Amendment, and law enforcement retreats. In Missouri, a black man chants equality from the streets, holding up the First Amendment, and law enforcement responds with tear gas.”

“When citizens kill police officers, they go to jail until the trial. When police kill citizens, they get special treatment and remain free and there probably will never be a trial.”
