"Finally some compromises from the Republicans. They say that they will support No Child Left Behind, if the Democrats support the Republicans' ‘No Rich Person Left Behind.' "

"Can you imagine the media coverage if the Solyndra bankruptcy and the loss of a half-billion taxpayer dollars had happened on Bush's watch?"

"To the lady who was driving with her knee while eating with chopsticks: I prayed you arrived safely and for the safety of those around you."

"It's a good thing we have access to cable/satellite TV and channels like History, Discovery and Science. After view NBC's ‘Up All Night' and ‘Whitney', anyone with any self respect would be embarrassed to admit they watched such productions. ‘Night' was 30 minutes of ‘We love you" and a whiney child. I'm no prude by a long shot, but ‘Whitney' is nothing less questionable than soft porn. Both had minimal acting at best. Thank goodness we still have access to the earlier sitcoms when talent bloomed and they often expressed a moral purpose along with true comedy. No wonder network TV is failing."

2nd Venter – Yes I can imagine, the Bush administration’s geniuses (no sarcasm as they were geniuses – namely Rove and Luntz) would have thrown a clever slogan to it and made their base (Fox News viewers) believe it was a successful venture.
