6th ventor: Funny you should speak about "paranoia". It's defined as "a psychosis characterized by systematized delusions of persecution or grandeur usually without hallucinations". Guns by themselves cannot kill. It's someone with MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES that murder people in droves. They can use other devices to murder as well. Are you going to attempt to regulate those items as well?

Vent #2: True capitalism, made them want your product and then make them buy your product.
Vent #3: Wait till Obamacare kicks in in 2014 and the people go crazy with all the new taxes. The Tea party will be reborn. Taxed Enough Already = TEA party.
Vent #4: Those in awe of the anointed one hear no evil, hear no lies.
Vent #5: Obama's philosophy, Promise them everything, give them a little, then he will be golden forever. The liberal/progressive/socialists would love that have him as a dictator, a la Hugo Chavez.

Then we can sell these items to Americans for $30.00 to $900.00 and hide our profits in offshore accounts. After awhile unemployment will become so great in the U.S. We can hire U.S. Citizens for $2.00 a hour and pay no benefits. This way we can become trillionairs and the evil friends stood up clapping and yelling hooray, hooray. When we are trillionairs we can all have many Rolls Royce, Silver clouds in our many mansions throughout the world, and we can buy new jets to fly to our many mansions. The good president said many Americans have died or received horrible injuries fighting communist dictators in Korea and Vietnam and countless other small wars.
The good president said we can't treat our American people like this. Who do you think will pay $180,000 salaries for doing nothing? President Obama has tasked High Noon “Sheriff Biden” with crafting gun control proposals and to push the biggest gun confiscation in two decades.
Congress must approve many of the new gun control proposals. But “Sheriff Biden” says he will take action even without Congress's say so.
Gun control is not about guns; it’s about “control”. Every Communist country in the world has disarmed the people. What is Obama trying to do – “disarm the people” – even by Executive Orders.

Vent #1--Two things stand in the way of what Conservatives truly want: Things to go back to the way they were, and a consensus of how things really were. They will never be able to do the first, because they can't agree on the second.
Vent#2--If you build something that will last a long, long time, it is Capitalism 101 to make at least one part of that thing a "renewable resource", along with making it cheaper to replace the whole thing than to pay someone to fix it. This is the foundation of our economic system...why would you want to change that?
Vent#4--The President has tried to work with Republicans, over and over, and been constantly stone-walled. He has learned that the only way to move forward is to give them their own rope with which to hang themselves. Admittedly, not the best scenario, but the Republicans are responsible for their own hubris, on this subject.
The only people who should be run from office are those who have sacrificed their duties to their constituents, for power and money, and that would just about empty both houses, and a good part of the White House, too.
Vent#5--Hmm, a fact-finding task force, looking for possible solutions to our kids being slaughtered in schools, is somehow immediately a witch hunt, and we should all be turning in our apps to the "Conclave", up in Idaho? Wow...were you a long jumper, in high school, too?
Vent#6--That is the question, isn't it? "We have met the enemy, and he is us!" But, where are we going to find people who are at least willing to discuss the issue, rationally? I'm not seeing it, so far, and, in the meantime, it's the status quo...
Vent#7--I hope that you are, indeed, the only one....
