“Obama must get rid of Janet Napolitano quickly. She did not have a clue as what to do to protect Arizona and does not have a clue as to how to protect America. She sees no border problem and loves open borders.”

“What’s up with the Wednesday night lavish cocktail and dinner parties at the White House? I find it insensitive and hypocritical that the Obamas are wining and dining their friends at our White House on our dime. Not while we are in a recession and while we’re having a problem putting food on our tables. These parties have to stop!”

“President Obama said that government health care will give consumers 'more choices, and will keep the private sector honest because there’s some competition out there.’ Isn’t free enterprise a competitive system? What choice will the

48 million people have who can’t afford private health care, or don’t have access to employer-sponsored packages? How will government-supported health care programs keep anybody honest, when the government is bailing out the abusive companies that worsened this current economic situation?”

“To all you Republicans who fear 'socialized’ health care: Let’s see, France, Sweden, Canada, Great Britain and other countries that have socialized health and other benefits have higher standards of living, higher standards of health, more vacation time to spend with families — and they still can

afford their Cadillacs. Hmm, if this is socialism, sign me up now!”

“Yeah, Prop. 300 passed. Now corporate executives can come to the desert to do what? At taxpayer expense … While we’re at it, can we add a monorail and an amusement park? Another example that if you put out enough big signs and pay for the

big media blitz, people will vote for anything.”

“To the venter that said they hadn’t heard Rush Limbaugh tell a lie in 20 years of listening, it seems that you’re so accustomed to hearing garbage that your ability to distinguish fact from fiction is severely impaired. Hey buddy, I got a bridge to sell ya!”

“For eight long years liberals wanted George W. Bush to fail. They tried to make him fail. They called him a failure. They wanted our country to fail and thought they were patriots. Rush hopes Obama’s attempts to force the U.S. into socialism fail, so that our country can succeed. That’s the difference.”

“Why is it state law that if I have my car stolen I have to also provide the thief with my home address in the form of the vehicle registration? The police can access that info via their laptops, so there is no longer a need for me to carry it in my car.”

“Years ago steel, fabric and manufacturing companies polluted the U.S. I don’t understand how we can be polluting more when we have no more factories in the U.S.”

“It’s time to paint the house; what should I do with the leftover paint and the clean-up water left from cleaning the rollers and brushes? I sure don’t want to spill it or dump it on my decorative rock lawn. I know, I’ll just throw the bucket in the back of the truck and let it spill all over the road just like

every other painter!”

“In many instances, reading The Vent and blogs provides us with a perfect example of our failing educational system. However, it is said you can’t fix stupid.”
