So our State Legislature has decided once again to drop the ball on banning texting while driving. When will it get its act together? Everyday, Every minute on every street throughout this state and I am guessing every other, there is some moron who is texting while driving. For example a genius in Georgia was recently pulled over while “double- texting.” (evtnow.com/5cp)

What is that? Driving with a knee while holding two cell phones texting on each. For a kicker he had a child under 5 in the car along with three other passengers. So if the state legislature wants to cater to special interests go ahead, but they will be responsible for deaths on our highways from people who refuse to stop texting while driving. But hey our Legislature has more important duties to handle, like making it illegal for two people who love each other to be with each other, no matter their choices!
