What is going on in this country? Congress passed a law about health care insurance requirements and the president and his czars exempted certain contributors and favorite unions from following the law. Congress passed a health care bill that included a controversial taxpayer-funded abortion provision and the president believes that he has the power to nullify the law with a “presidential directive.” Congress passed immigration laws and the president decided to not enforce them.

And this is supposedly a representative democracy in which our elected Congress makes the laws and the president swears to enforce those laws? What in the world have we allowed to happen to us? What happened to the rule of law in this country? Our Congress has passed laws placed in front of them by their party leaders without having read them. And then they all sit on their hands while the president ignores the new laws. We might as well be ruled by a dictator.

We might give the progressives a new theme for their next book, "A Convenient Truth". They use the Constitution to hide behind as a shield when it benefits them, and then try to destroy or distort it when it stands in their way. When they break the law we are suppose to lower the bar, when we break the law, we're lynched in the media and polarized. Mrs. Obama campaigns inside the polling booth in front of cameras as well as the Black Panthers that intimidated voters from entering the polling booth, and it is dismissed. If the Tea Party people would have done either, we would be "crucified".
