When the added sales tax was passed, some statements were made that it would cost the household of four persons $437.00. I am not sure if this was for three years or one year.
My wife and I used the three-year factor to see if we could reduce our outgoing money by the factor of $145.00 per year. It has been working very good for us. The saving is going into a safe place but not a bank.
