Michelle Bachmann referred to John Quincy Adams as a Founding Father. A reporter disputed that, but he was the one who was wrong!
John Q. Adams, (son of President John Adams) at the age of 14 was given a diplomatic appointment to the Court of Catherine the Great of Russia. He could speak six languages so was given the post as interpreter for the U.S. Ambassador. He served two years & later became our 6th President.
