Letters: Judicial system has role in career criminals

This is in regards to Bill Richardson’s column that police need to spend more time chasing hard-core criminals than worrying about the immigration issue. Well Mr. Richardson, you’re just like all the other left wing blowhards who think the public is stupid.

You mentioned several crime-related instances over the past few years, but the main thing you mentioned about each one is that they were career criminals. My question to you is why your comments were not aimed at the judicial system for letting these career criminals out? If they were lawfully released, then the police can not legally arrest them again until they commit another crime. The majority of the public is not as stupid as you left wing people think.
