Is there a cover-up at the Department of Justice?

Why hasn’t the lazy, national, liberal media reported on the corruption being exposed in the Department of Justice dismissal of the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party? Former DOJ attorney J. Christian Adams has given numerous interviews on cable news and radio talk shows on the inappropriate dismissal after the case was won in default due to the failure of the defendants to appear in court.

As a whistleblower, Adams has revealed that the word from high up in the DOJ was that no case was to be filed against the black defendants. Have we come full circle now and are witnessing reverse discrimination? Is this unequal enforcement of voting rights and racial bias? Why can a Black Panther member, King Samir Shabazz, stand at a Philadelphia voting site — caught on amateur video — with a billy club in hand on Election Day in 2008? Why can he say he hates all whites and wants to kill “crackers” and their babies? Why isn’t this considered racist, disgusting and inflammatory hate speech?

The worst part about this scandal is that we have an attorney general who refuses to prosecute the New Black Panther Party. What has happened to the rule of law in the U.S.?
