  Hmm....96% of sex crimes are committed by people who aren't on the registry, and 95% of children are abused by a family member or trusted acquaintance. So, tell me again how this will keep the public safe? Sad how many children continue to be victimized because of people like the author of this article, who has fallen for the oldest myths in the book.
