I am rooting for BYU to reaching the Final Four and I am Jewish, not LDS or an alumni. BYU stood by its contract and honor code that all students sign at their institution, regardless that an individual is their top scorer and rebounder who could give them their best chance to win the NCAA tournament. I also respect the youngsters who understand and abide by the contract they signed as students representing their institution in its best light.

Aren't our military schools and armed service officers oriented with an honor code and taught courage and loyalty to the institution they represent, like where I attended? It takes an incident like this and a courageous move on both parties to set a positive example to all of us. Wouldn't it be great if BYU got to the finals? I just hope it is not against Pitt, then my loyalty changes from where I was born.
