"Those seniors in Sun Lakes treat Mitt Romney like the pope. Don't they know if he gets elected Medicare and Social Security are not going to be?"

"It matters not to me how government studies define poverty. You are not poor unless you do without electricity, indoor plumbing, and walk to work in your bare feet. If there were barrios in the outskirts of our cities where people live in tar paper shacks, I would say that we have a problem with poverty. But when I see people complain that they deserve free medical care, while talking on their cell phone, I can only shake my head in disgust at their ingratitude."

"Jon Beydler (guest commentary "Obama still cleaning up mess left by Bush-Cheney") needs to take a course in ‘Reality School.' If it weren't for Bush's interrogation techniques, incorrectly called ‘torture' by the left, Osama bin Laden would have never been found."

"Beydler is at it again. I want his job. I would like to write editorials that I don't really believe, that are designed to incite response, and that are loaded with non-factual statements. It would be fun. Problem is some will read it and actually believe it as fact and then repeat it. My favorite is ‘There is not one single far right candidate for president that holds a candle to Obama.' Maybe that's because Obama's flame went out long ago!"

"Do people ask the Jews to forget about the Holocaust? No, and they should never forget! 9/11 is America's Holocaust. Not only should we never forget, the media and the government should not try to sterilize the images from that day, or try to have future generations ‘rewrite history' to think it was not Islamic terrorists who brought this fight to Our America."

"State fun facts: Hawaii was not a state at the time of the attack on Pearl Harbor so technically it was not on U.S. soil. And to the person who made reference to loco weed in the water in Texas, you conveniently forgot to mention Lyndon Johnson, someone even JFK didn't want to ever be president. Yikes!"

2nd ventor: GREAT POINT! I remember when I was young delivering pizzas to people in welfare housing, and I noticed they had NEW CARS, NEW TV's, and tons more personal items than I had! I also remember nevering getting a tip, either. Didn't matter, it was my JOB, and I treated all my customers the same.

5th ventor: Also a GREAT POINT! My daughter will know that there are people out there that hate us just because we are Americans. I'm teaching her not to hate, but to be observant, and prepared.
