  Samkat: It's called a smoke screen. He wants Bush to take the heat for something that happened during OBAMA'S WATCH! Even if it's true, it occurred on Obama's watch, which means HE is to blame. If Bush has done the same, he should feel the heat as well. However, since the election is just around the corner for Obama, they want to try to make him look good....
