“In all of my 78 years, whenever two different cultures are involved, the ‘race card’ is played by the culture which is losing the argument, discussion etc… Let’s face it, if you can’t come to a solution To the problem, don’t use the race card, it proves to me you have lost the argument. I Hope Jesse Jackson will use that thought.”

“Thanks to likes of the Tribune’s ‘Forum’ & ‘Vent’ columns, it’s refreshing to observe some citizens, slowly but surely, waking up and coming around in their assessments on the failing status of America and who they feel may be responsible. “If McDonalds employees or Wal-Mart employees had minimum wage doubled I can guarantee none of them would run off and deposit half their paycheck in a Cayman Island bank, they would spend it right where its needed in the good ole USA, and — presto! — automatic cuts in entitlements.”

“John Kerry signing the UN gun control treaty at the behest of Barack Obama is a treasonous act and they should be brought before the federal courts for maximum punishment. They are trying to skirt the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution by handing control to foreign unfriendly governments. Is free speech or freedom of religion next?”
