It was great to see and hear from so many people at last night's session at CGCC on outsourcing. I was particularly impressed by several individuals who had lost employment because of outsourcing or other economic shifts and were trying to hone new skills in order to take new jobs in emerging industries.

I also heard some lively discussions at various tables between people who felt companies were exploiting workers and others, including several immigrants, who disagreed. It would be great to be able to continue some of those discussions here.
