This is the perfect time for Congress to take up tax reform. Simplify with a 15 percent flat tax across the board for all.

With the addition of a 5 percent sales tax (except on medicine and food) the government would have plenty of funds.

Then the Congress needs to bill every one of those employees and former employees of the IRS for the items they purchased with OUR tax monies. If they refuse, put a lien on their homes or garnish their wages! Porn, baby gifts, big sales of wines is not part of a proper budget! The IRS loves to bully and threaten — Congress needs to push back for the sake of the American people.
