Do not fret Gilbert teachers, you have a voice. Even though the school board wants to silent your voices, the voice you have will be in the voting booth. To finally bring sanity to the Gilbert school board, all of your voices have to come with your votes.

You have to retain school board member Jill Humphreys and vote-in candidate Charlie Santa Cruz. Mr. Santa Cruz has experience from being a long time principal at Gilbert High School. He knows what is needed to bring our public schools back the good reputation and listen to the needs of the teachers, staff, parents and students.

All teachers, parents, students, and taxpayers of Gilbert Public Schools must unite and vote not only for your future but for the public education that is under attack. You must also change our state legislators of Andy Biggs, Eddie Farnsworth and Warren Petersen. They are all against public education. They are being challenged by pro public education challengers DJ Rothans, Matt Cerra and Scott Glover. We must vote all of them in to save public education.

Your voices can be heard loud and clear on election day! Unite and make that happen. It’s our future and the future of what we all believe in. The future of public education.

John Chiazza
