"To Warren: You got away with it in Utah. You got away with it in Arizona. But you ‘Don't mess with Texas' and, you don't escape from Huntsville."

"It amazes me that the liberals are so bent on spending money they don't have. I just don't get it, but maybe I should give it a try. I want to do some home improvements but I can't afford it. I will just do them anyway, and then go to my neighbor down the street, who I know can afford it, and tell him he has to pay for it since he has more money than he needs."

"It's typical left wing freakenomics for big government lovers like Rod Livdahl (letter to the editor, Aug. 7) to argue for raising taxes on others. Livdahl and his tax-and-spend cronies just don't get it. We don't have a tax problem, we have an out-of-control spending problem. Let's see Livdahl step up to raise his own taxes before whining about raising other people's taxes. Time to wake up and smell the tea, Rod."

" ‘America is being destroyed by "alien invaders" from Mexico and other Central-American countries right before our eyes.' You mean, just like Hitler's Germany was ‘being destroyed by Jews?' "

"To the person that complains about employers not giving the wage info before the interview: You should do your homework on what the pay would be for that position before you apply. Also you should be grateful that the companies want to interview you at all."

"The GOP likes to say that millionaires provide most of the jobs. Really? A recent job search has caused me to review my work history. I'm 43. Of the 17 jobs I've had since high school, eight were government jobs and seven were jobs with large corporations or franchises of large corporations. Only two were mom-and-pop-type small businesses, and I doubt that the owners of either of them were millionaires. It's amazing how many people will believe a lie if they hear it often enough."

First Venter:
Got that right!
Second Venter:
And pray tell us what are neo-cons bent on, Liberals?
Third Venter:
You mischaracterize Rod's message. The word is "balance," not balanced buget amendment, but balance between spending cuts and tax reform to cut off those goverment "gimmies" now in the code.
Fourth Venter:
I would not critisize whomever said that we are being destroyed by illegal immigration. No reasonable persons believe that we are being destroyed. And unreasonable people are call such because one wastes ones time trying to reason with them.
Fifth Venter:
Good advice.
Sixth Venter:
Don't attempt to challenge Neo-cons with the facts. It only angers and confuzes them! "You must be a Liberal!" is their conclusion. Anyone who disagrees with a Neo-con has to a Liberal. Heck, according to today's Neo-cons even Ronald Reagan and Barry Goldwater would be RINO's .
