Dear children (more likely teens in the “migrant camps”):
I am sorry for how horrible life has been for you until now. And for the fact that you feel safer and are better cared for here than you were in your home countries. I know that for many of you, nightmarish things have happened to you on your journey and that you bear scars from it no one can see.
As sorry as I am — I do not want you here. You do not belong here! And I believe you should not remain here.
We citizens of the USA are not responsible for the bad in your lives, regardless of what you have been told. Drug dealers are not there and bad because of the U.S. demand for drugs; they are bad men, and they would do vile and disgusting things no matter if drugs were involved or not.
We are not responsible for taking care of you, trying to be good Christians or Jews or just good people does not make us responsible for you. Your parents and grandparents and ancestors allowed things to get the way they are in your country, and they are responsible for you!
We can’t even properly take care of our own, our children, elderly and even veterans. We should take what should go to them and give it to you? No! We can’t give you what we need to give them! Our resources are limited. Go home — fix your country’s mess, or don’t. But go home! The vast majority of Americans don’t want you here!
