Neighbor saves woman’s life
Jonathon Sipes stands outside his home across the street from the remains of his neighbor’s home destroyed by a fire early Tuesday morning in Mesa. Sipes woke up Carol Chanley around 3;45 a.m. when he discovered her home was on fire.
