Q. Can I download a video clip that is emailed to me?

A. Yes.

Q. Can we buy the camcorder any place other than CVS?

A. No, they are exclusively available at CVS.

Q. What does the video actually record onto?

A. Flash memory. It has 128 megs of flash memory.

Q. How big is the e-mail clip, and how is it sent? Will it slow down my e-mail?

A. It is quite small, and will not slow down e-mail.

Q. How does the video sharing work?

A. The file is uploaded to the CVS Online Video Gallery from the SmartShare application then streamed from the gallery's servers to the recipient. No large files are sent.

Recipients have access to the video for 30 days and have the option of downloading the video to their computer. The Gallery recognizes whether the recipient has a PC or Mac and streams the video in either Windows Media Format or Format, respectively. It also recognizes the user’s connection speed and optimizes the video stream appropriately.
