PHOENIX - The southbound lanes of the Loop 101 in the Scottsdale area reopened earlier than scheduled.
The Arizona Department of Transportation says crews wrapped up work setting a barrier wall and adjusting lane stripes for a new car pool lane construction project.
The southbound Loop 101 between Via De Ventura and McKellips Road had been scheduled to reopen by 5 am Monday.
