Phoenix police are still searching for a man who posed as a federal immigration agent and attempted to rape two women.

On two occasions in mid-September, the suspect identified himself as with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, police spokeswoman Detective Stacie Derge said. He asked for immigration papers, and then attempted to sexually assault the women

The suspect fled once on foot and once in a black Ford Expedition with an unknown license plate.

The suspect is described to be a white male between 25 and 30 years old, standing between six-foot and 6-foot-1, and weighing about 170 to 180 pounds. He has short, light brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information about these cases or recognizes the subject in the composite is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
