Loop 202 in east Mesa will see traffic during the next two nights, but it's not open yet.

The Arizona Department of Transportation will be conducting visibility tests of its signs today and Wednesday between 8:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Local residents will determine how well the signs can be read at night.

These drivers will be getting a sneak peek at the last-to-be-completed leg of the Valley's freeway system: the 4½-mile stretch between Power Road and University Drive.

This section is expected to open in July, ADOT spokesman Doug Nintzel said Monday.
